Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Los Bebes Inc, Old Treasury Street, Commercial Avenue, Bamenda, North West Region, Cameroon ("we") is responsible for the personal data described here. For any privacy question or request, write to support@losbebesinc.com.

2. What we collect and why

Contact requests. When you send our contact form (including when our site assistant passes your answers to it), we receive: your name; your email address, WhatsApp number, or both; your company (optional); your message and the topic you choose; the page and language of the form; whether you came from the contact page, the assistant or one of our free tools; and, if you arrived through a campaign link, its campaign tags (for example utm_source=mybebine). We use this only to answer your request and to discuss a possible project with you. We rely on your consent, which you give by sending the form, and on the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract.

Spam protection. Before a form is accepted, your browser solves a small computational puzzle; we use no third-party CAPTCHA. To limit abuse, our server computes a keyed one-way hash of your IP address and keeps a request counter with it, which is deleted automatically within two days. We do not store your IP address itself.

Anonymous usage counts. We count, per day, how often pages and tools are viewed and used (for example: contact form viewed, started, sent) and in which language. These counts contain no cookies, identifiers or IP addresses and cannot be linked to you.

External Security Check and site checks. When you use the External Security Check, or ask the CSP generator or the security.txt generator to read your site, the domain you enter is sent to our server, which reads the site's public pages and DNS records the way a browser or mail server does. We do not store the domain or the report; we keep only anonymous daily counts of checks and grades.

Technical data. To deliver the site, our hosting provider Google (Firebase Hosting and Cloud Functions) processes your IP address, browser details and the pages you request, and keeps technical request logs, including IP addresses, for up to 30 days. Some images on our pages, and the settings that choose them, are loaded from Google Cloud Firestore and Cloud Storage.

Your browser. We store only your light or dark theme choice, in your browser's local storage. We use no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our site assistant is automated (keyword matching, not a person or an AI model). The conversation stays in your browser's memory and is discarded when you leave the page. Nothing you type there reaches us unless you send it through the contact form.

WhatsApp. If you choose "Continue on WhatsApp" or use our WhatsApp links, WhatsApp (Meta) processes your data under its own privacy policy. The message we prepare for you contains only your request reference.

3. How long we keep it

• Contact requests: deleted automatically 24 months after we receive them, or earlier if you ask.
• Spam-protection counters (hashed IP address): deleted automatically within two days.
• Anonymous usage counts: no limit, as they contain no personal data.
• Hosting request logs: up to 30 days.
• Our email and WhatsApp conversations with you: as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting contract.

4. Who receives your data

We do not sell or rent personal data. We use these service providers:

• Google (Firebase Hosting, Cloud Functions, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage), for hosting, processing and storage;
• our email hosting provider, for our correspondence with you;
• Meta (WhatsApp), only if you contact us there.

We may disclose data when the law requires it.

5. Where your data is stored

Contact requests are stored in Google Cloud's europe-west1 region (Belgium). Site delivery uses Google's global network. Your data is therefore processed outside Cameroon.

6. Security

Every page is served over TLS. Contact requests are kept in a database that no browser can read directly: only our single administrator account can view them, after signing in, through our server. Forms are protected by spam checks and rate limits, and the site sends strict security headers. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will inform you and the authority as the law requires.

7. Your rights

Under Cameroon Law No. 2024/017 of 23 December 2024 on the protection of personal data, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to support@losbebesinc.com, with your request reference if you have one. We answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the personal data protection authority once it is in operation.

8. Children

Our website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We will publish any update on this page with a new date.

10. Our products and client projects

Our products (such as FiapPay or Mifi Core) and the projects we deliver for clients process personal data under their own terms, privacy notices or contracts. When we operate software for a business client, that client decides how its users' data is used and we act on its instructions. This policy covers the losbebesinc.com website.
